Code Crafted Nexus LLC ("we," "us," or "our") makes FontPilot, a font installation utility for Windows and Mac. FontPilot is built to run entirely on your own computer — this Privacy Policy explains the little bit of network activity it does have, and confirms what it does not collect.
FontPilot does not have an account system, does not include analytics or crash-reporting, and does not send your font files, folder names, or anything else about your computer to us. Scanning your folders and installing fonts both happen entirely on your device — nothing about that process ever leaves it.
FontPilot's "Find Fonts Online" feature makes direct requests from your device to Google Fonts' own servers, for two purposes:
Those requests go directly from your computer to Google's servers — Code Crafted Nexus never sees or relays them. They're subject to Google's own privacy policy, not ours. This feature also includes outbound links to other font websites, which open in your regular browser; visiting them is subject to that site's own privacy policy.
FontPilot is sold through our website using Paddle.com as our payment processor and authorized reseller. When you buy FontPilot, Paddle collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your card number. We receive your name and email address from Paddle to confirm your purchase and provide support if you need it. See Paddle's Privacy Policy for how they handle checkout data.
Because FontPilot doesn't collect personal data or usage information from the app itself, there's nothing app-related for us to store. The only personal data we hold is what Paddle passes along for your purchase, which we keep only as long as needed to provide support and meet our own recordkeeping obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the purchase information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at the email below.
FontPilot is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
