14-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase of Beam Master Pro, VibeReel, The Crafters Cashier, NexusFlow, LensLogic, PhotoRelief Pro, LaserForge AI, LaserForge AI Pro, FontPilot, Wisp, or MEND, contact us at support@codecraftednexusllc.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
For Wisp and MEND, a refund also deactivates the license key for that purchase; the app locks at its next license check, within about 12 hours while online.
Refunds are issued through Paddle, the same platform used for your original purchase, and typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
