PromptSmith is made by Code Crafted Nexus LLC (160 Harris St, Grand Rivers, KY 42045). Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle, who is the seller of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and refunds, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase along with these terms. The software itself is licensed to you by Code Crafted Nexus LLC under the license agreement.
A license key for PromptSmith that continues use of PromptSmith after the 7-day free trial and can be activated on up to three devices (Windows, macOS or Android) that you own or control. The key does not expire. The price is $29.00, shown with any taxes before you pay. Prices may change for future customers; the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
PromptSmith is digital. After your payment is confirmed, we email your license key to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a few minutes. The installers are on the PromptSmith page. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email support@codecraftednexusllc.com with your order details and we will resend or reissue it. If you buy several licenses in one order, you get one key for each.
Each key can be active on up to two computers at once. To free a slot, choose Help → Deactivate This Computer in PromptSmith, then activate on the new computer. If you can no longer open PromptSmith on an old computer (for example, it has failed), email support and we will free the slot.
PromptSmith includes a free 7-day trial with all features, starting when you first start the trial in the app. The trial is tied to your computer and can be used once per computer; reinstalling does not restart it, and a computer that has had a license is not eligible. When the 7 days end, PromptSmith is locked until you enter a license key. The trial is provided as is.
If you lose your key, email us from the address you used to buy. We will issue a replacement; the old key then stops working.
Updates are free: your license covers reasonable updates released for the same major version (for example, every 1.x release). PromptSmith only downloads an update when you choose.

See our refund policy. In short: you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, and the key is disabled when any refund, credit or chargeback is made.
PromptSmith writes text prompts for you to use with AI models made by other companies. It makes made-up answers less likely, but it cannot remove them, and we do not control or guarantee any AI model's answers. Check anything important yourself.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live that cannot be waived. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States, subject to those rights.
