NexusView is made by Code Crafted Nexus LLC (160 Harris St, Grand Rivers, KY 42045). Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle, who is the seller of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and refunds, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase along with these terms. The software itself is licensed to you by Code Crafted Nexus LLC under the license agreement.
A license key for NexusView that continues use of NexusView after the 7-day free trial and can be activated on up to three computers (Windows or macOS) that you own or control. The key does not expire. The price is $39.99, shown with any taxes before you pay. Prices may change for future customers; the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
NexusView is digital. After your payment is confirmed, we email your license key and the download links to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email support@codecraftednexusllc.com with your order details and we will resend or reissue it. If you buy several licenses in one order, you get one key for each.
Each key can be active on up to three computers at once. To free a slot, choose Settings → License → Deactivate this computer in NexusView, then activate on the new computer. If you can no longer open NexusView on an old computer (for example, it has failed), email support and we will free the slot.
NexusView includes a free 7-day trial with all features, starting when you first open the app. When the 7 days end, viewing is disabled until you enter a license key. The trial does not restart and is provided as is.
If you lose your key, email us from the address you used to buy. We will issue a replacement; the old key then stops working.
Updates are free: your license covers reasonable updates released for the same major version (for example, every 1.x release). NexusView does not install updates by itself; you can check for updates in Settings and download them when you choose.

See our refund policy. In short: you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, and the key is disabled when a refund is made.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live that cannot be waived. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States, subject to those rights.
